Culinary Knives

The Majority of the knives I currently make are for the kitchen. I offer a range of select shapes and sizes as ‘standard’ but I’m more than happy to talk about a particular shape, size or function to suit your needs. At present, all my kitchen knives are made from 1095 high carbon steel, and aside from a few specialty pieces, all my timber handles are made form reclaimed Australian Hardwoods.

Unless otherwise stated, measurements refer to Blade length only, not blade and handle.
